We use the
industry standard of 128bit SSL Encryption. This is the
same security that you would have on any secure shopping
website.
Can my computer be connected to after the remote session is over or by
others?
No. You
initiate the remote connection session via our website
to our servers. The session is also limited by time. If
the session is not used in a 24 hour time frame it
will expire and can not be used again.
Can a technician come to my location to fix the problem?
For Home
Users we only service computers online. For business
services we can contract a local technician to carry out
the repairs.
Can I stop the remote session at anytime?
Yes. If at
any time you wish to terminate the remote session you
have full control to do so. Although this is not advised
since technical support charges may still apply.
How long does the remote session take?
Typically
our service calls range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Due to
the may different factors that are involved it is hard
to accurately guess how long a repair will take with-out
fully knowing the situation. Feel free to give us a call
to get a free estimate.
What if my problem isn't solved after remote session?
We do our
best to solve your computer problem(s) the first time around. If
we are not able to solve your problem with-in a reasonable
time frame we will discount if not offer a complete
refund.
If a remote connection is established we may request you
cover our cost for providing services which is $15.00,
due to the cost involved in providing remote support
services.
Do I have to be present when you are fixing my computer?
No. The only
time you need to be present is when we start the remote
control session. Once the session is started you may go
about your business. Your computer will be rebooted to
indicate that we have finished.
How much does support cost?
Our packages
services are a flat rate based on the pricing list
regardless the amount of time involved. Our normal
support rates are $30.00
for the 1st 15minutes and then $1.25
per minute there after.

support businesses?
Yes. We are
specialized in business support services. Please view
our services list for more details.
What type of problems can you not fix?
Hardware
Problems - Can only troubleshoot and diagnose. If
hardware needs to be replaced you will need a onsite
technician.
We only support software on the Microsoft Windows
platforms - MAC as is not support, but do have some
technicians with minor MAC experience

eliminates waiting on the phone for the next available
technician and also allows the technician to quickly
research your problem prior to your call, thus reducing
the amount of time needed to fix your problem. We are

initiating. Billing starts when a remote control session
has been started on your computer and ends when the
remote session is closed. Under certain circumstances we
may not be able to do a remote session, in which case
you will be verbally notified when you support session
starts and ends.
